Making A Purchase
Simply navigate to the item you are interested in purchasing and enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the box.  If there is an option for color, size or for personalization please enter the information and then click on the "Add to Cart" button.
 
After you have finished adding your item, you may continue shopping or checkout using the buttons found on your shopping cart page. Once you decide to check out, all transactions become secure and encrypted with SSL technology for protection of your personal and financial information.
 
 
Available Payment Options
Youtopit.com accepts accepts AMEX, Master Card, Visa and Discover Cards payments and echecks via PayPal. 
 
Please Note:  If you are paying by PayPal echecks its take 4 business days to clear in the PayPal system.
 
 
Currency For All Prices
All prices are quoted in US Dollars. We are unable to give currency rate conversions on our prices.
 
 
Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone even seeing your credit card number or information. So it's completely secure.
 
 
Shipping
If items are in stock, your order will ship within 2 to 3 business days from the time payment is recieved.
 
Our products are shipped directly for our distributors. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Certain products could take up to 4 weeks to ship due to availabilty. 
 
Youtopit.com is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
 
 
International Orders
Not all products can be shipped to every country.  Some products are limited to the contential U.S. only.  If you reside outside of the contential U.S., please email us to ensure the product you wish to purchase is available to be shipped to the country in which you reside and to obtain a shipping quote .  Please specify the item name(s), product number(s), quantity and shipping address.  If you place an order that requires shipping outside the continental U.S. before checking the products availability, your order will be placed on hold and no shipping charges will be added to your order until we have contacted you and you have agreed to the shipping charges for your order.  Each country handles imported goods differently.  You will be responsible for any custom or duty charges that may be applicable.
 
Please Note:  International orders may have an extended delivery time depending on your location.
 
 
Shipping to a P.O. Box
Express orders can not be shipped to a P.O. Box address. All regular ground orders can be sent to a P.O. Box address. Orders being delivered to a P.O. Box can take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive.
 
 
How long wiil it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 3 to 22 full business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Orders may arrive in separate packages. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada & the USA.  We recommend choosing Next Day or Second Day Air for "Rush" orders.

Regular ground shipping to the Contential United States
12 - 15 business days - add 2 to 3 additional business days if your item requires personalization.  Regular ground shipping is not avaible for orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico,USA, Canada and Internationally.
 
Express Air to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, USA
6 - 8 business days -  add 2 to 3 additiional business days if your item requires personalization. 
 
Express Air to Canada
12 -15 business days - add 2  to 3 additional business days if your item requires personalization.
Express Air to International Location
12 -15 business days - add 2 to 3 additional business days if your item requires personalization.
 
 
Rush Orders
We understand wedding planning is stressful enough, getting your wedding cake topper and cake serving set shouldn't be!  If by chance, you forgot to place your order with adequate lead time, we are happy to help.
 
In most instances we are able to ship within 24 hours, and we offer Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air to get the products to you faster.  Of course, faster shipping will incur additional charges.
 
Please contact us before placing a rush order to make sure that we are able to accomodate your request.  In most instances we can, but during busy wedding season (March through October) our turn around times may increase.
 
Please Note:  Personalized products are not eligible for rush status.
 
 
Backorders
Most of our cake toppers and serving sets are in stock at all times,  though there are some occasions where items may be backordered.  Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time.  Holiday seasons, personalized items and out of stock items may take longer. We will email you if items are backordered or hav been discontinued and are no longer available.  If you are unable to be reached via email, a post card will be sent to your bill to address.  Upon contact from our customer service representative, you will have the choice to hold your entire order until the backordered merchandise has arrived, or to ship the items separately.  If we are unable to reach you and you have not attempted to contact us with instruction, your entire order will be held and will ship complete upon arrival of the backordered merchandise. 
 
 
Cancellation & Refused Shipments Policy
At Youtopit.com we make every effort possible to process your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment and we being the shipping process immediately.  If, for some reason you need to cancel an order after the item has been shipped, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.  If you must cancel your order please contact us immediately at: youtopit@gmail.com or by telephone at:  (623) 692-2917.
 
Engraved items cannot be refunded once it has been engraved or shipped. Any orders refused acceptance by the customer without prior written notification to us will be subjected to a 20% re-stocking fee.  All cancelled orders must have written email confirmation from us that the order has been cancelled.
 
Customer will be charged a $25.00 additional handling fee for any refused or undelivered shipments due to customer's incorrect address entered on the order form which must be reshipped.
 
 
Damaged Merchandise
Although we package our items very carefully, on occasion an item might get damaged during the shipping process.  If the box is crushed and damaged then you must file a claim with the freight carrier.  If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packaging and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
 
 
Defective Merchandise
To insure the highest possible quality, we fully inspect each product before it ships.  We also fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory and workmanship defects.  If any product is found to be defective we will arrange for return shipping and provide you with a refund or exchange, provided the conditions listed in our return policy are met.
 
 
Taxes
You Top It does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Nevada! If you order within the state of Nevada, you will be charged an additional 7.5% for sales tax.

We take pride in the performance of our website but sometimes we hear from people who have had problems getting through.  In our experience, performance problems on the Internet can occur for a variety of different reasons, including the time of day, congestion on the Internet itself, problems at an individual Internet Service Provider, or problems at a website. It's always possible that you tried us at a time when we were very busy.
