At YouTopIt.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any product(s) does not meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days from the date your order was shipped and we will provide you with a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product has not been used or damaged as the result of customer misuse or neglect.
- The product is returned in its original packaging and the product's packaging has not been damaged.
- The product must be in salable condition.
In the event you need to return an item please contact us within 5 business days from receipt of the item(s) for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. All refunds are pending until final inspection of the product(s) is complete.
Please return all products via UPS or insured Parcel Post. These shipping methods allow for tracking and compensation of lost or damaged packages.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Items not returned in a salable condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- The consumer assumes responsibility of all shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
Personalized Products:
Personalized items as per order cannot be returned. Personalized products can only be replaced if the item has been misprinted with an error from our side. Please always double check your orders to ensure that the personalization is entered correctly before sending. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer.
